CRM stands for customer relationship management. It means one place that records the people your organization deals with and what has happened with each of them. For a nonprofit, that usually means contacts, donors and gifts, volunteers, and who came to which event.
Here, your Google Sheet is the CRM: each tab holds one kind of record, and you ask questions across the tabs in plain English.
In your Google Sheet. This site has no database of its own. While the page is open, a copy of the sheet sits in your browser's memory, and it is gone when you close the tab.
Simple questions are answered in your browser and nothing leaves it. If you set up AI for harder questions, three things are sent to OpenRouter and the company hosting the model: your question, the table and column names, and up to six sample values per column. The rows of your answers are not sent.
There is no upload here, because the data stays in Google Sheets. To bring in a CSV or Excel file, import it into a Google Sheet (File, then Import), then choose that sheet here.
Put column names in the first row of each tab.
The page reads your sheet once, when you choose it. If someone edits the sheet after that, click Re-read the sheet to fetch it again. It changes nothing in the sheet.
Why isn't this free? Simple questions are free. Harder ones need an AI model, which runs on someone's computers and has a real cost, so you pay for that yourself, on your own account, only if you turn it on.
Where does the money go? Your money goes to OpenRouter or Cloudflare. None comes to the people who made this.

Simple questions are answered free, with no AI. For harder ones, this page can ask an AI model, which needs an account with a company that runs those models. Pick whichever suits you.
